Entry

1. Manchester United Limited (“MU”) is the promoter of the Nike Red Jacket prize draw (the "Competition").
2. Employees of MU or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and the employees’ families) are not eligible to enter the Competition.
3. Entry to the Competition is on the basis of one entry per person and entry shall be automatic when the entrant completes all fields on the Nike Red Jacket prize draw form and submits the form. All competition entries must be submitted before 30 July 2010.
4. By entering the Competition the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) and confirms that all information submitted is true, current and complete. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy eligibility requirements.

Prize

5. The winners will be selected at random on or before 2 August 2010 from all valid entries received by the date set out at Paragraph 3 (the "Winners").
6. Only the Winners shall receive notification from MU. The Winners will be notified either by email, telephone and/or in writing as soon as is practicable after 2 August 2010.
7. If MU cannot successfully contact the Winners within a reasonable length of time it may, in its sole discretion, select another name at random.
8. The decision of MU is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The prizes for the Competition will be a Nike Red Jacket signed by one of the following: Wayne Rooney, Jonny Evans, Rafael, Patrice Evra, Nani, Darren Fletcher, Paul Scholes or Ji Sung Park (the "Prizes"). One Prize shall be allocated to each winner and be chosen at random at the time the winner’s name is drawn.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. MU reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of a similar nature and/or equal or greater value at any time. If the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, subsequent draws will take place until new Winners are found who are able/willing to accept the Prize.

General

11. By entering the Competition, the Winners (and their parent or guardian if the entrant is under 16 years of age) consent to the following: (i) for the Winners’ names to be disclosed to any person requesting that MU confirm the identity of the Winners; and (ii) for the Winners’ names and/or photographs to be published for promotional or marketing purposes.
12. MU reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Conditions without notice in the event of the occurrence of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. MU also reserves the right to refuse entry to, or refuse to award a Prize to, anyone in breach of these rules.
13. MU will use any personal information submitted by the entrant in accordance Data Protection Legislation and the privacy preferences (if any) specified by the entrant on the Nike Red Jacket prize draw form.
14. The Competition, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
